THE SPEQ MODEL
While we use a traditional category management approach, the SPEQ model provides an additional perspective that considers supply chain constraints across traditional categories.
By categorising your material requirements, in line with the SPEQ model, we can leverage
from different execution approaches best suited to the demand and commercial nature of the materials.
Our approach is premised on the idea that each of our clients has a unique material demand profile, therefore traditional category management alone cannot achieve an efficient supply chain.
